The Red Rock Wind Energy Center is a proposed 300-megawatt wind power generation facility located in Emmet, Dickinson, and Clay Counties, Iowa that will generate homegrown energy to meet the nation's growing demand for cleaner, more affordable, reliable electricity, while creating jobs and investing in local communities.
